3 Things I Ask ChatGPT When I Feel Overwhelmed
When everything feels urgent, these three questions help me sort, simplify, and focus.
When I feel overwhelmed, I do not need ChatGPT to magically fix my life.
I need it to help me get clear enough to move.
That is a big difference.
Because overwhelm usually does not come from one thing.
It comes from too many things competing for attention at once.
That is why I like using a few simple questions instead of trying to ask for one giant perfect answer.
Here are three questions I come back to.
1. What are the top three things I need to focus on first based on everything I just shared?
This helps me stop treating every task like it matters equally.
That alone is powerful.
Because when everything feels urgent, it becomes hard to see what actually deserves attention first.
2. Can you turn this into a simple step-by-step plan for today?
This is one of my favorites.
It takes all the mental clutter and turns it into movement.
Not perfection.
Just movement.
A simple plan can lower resistance fast.
3. What can wait, what needs attention now, and what should I stop worrying about today?
This question is underrated.
Sometimes the real problem is not the amount of work.
It is the amount of emotional drag attached to everything you are carrying.
This helps separate what is real from what is noise.
These questions are not fancy.
That is why they work.
They help me sort, simplify, and focus without overcomplicating the process.
And that is often what I want from AI most.
Not brilliance.
Usefulness.
