Prompt 1 — Marketing Copy for Any Product or Service
“I need marketing copy for [what you’re selling]. My audience is [describe in 1–2 sentences]. I want readers to feel [emotion] and I want them to [action: buy / sign up / reach out]. Write me: (1) a 2-sentence hook, (2) a short description paragraph, (3) a closing CTA. Tone: [warm / direct / conversational]. I’ll edit to sound like me.”
Use for: sales pages, product descriptions, email announcements, social bios, landing pages
Prompt 2 — Any Difficult Customer Email
“I need to write a customer email about: [describe the situation]. I want to accomplish: [your goal]. I don’t want to: [what to avoid]. Write a professional but warm response — under [word count] words — that sounds like a real person, not a template.”
Use for: refunds, complaints, delays, difficult news, saying no gracefully, following up
Prompt 3 — Pricing Decision Support
“I’m making a pricing decision for my [business / product / service]. Current situation: [describe]. I’m weighing: [concerns]. Don’t set my price — help me think through what factors I should consider and what assumptions I might not have examined. What am I not thinking about?”
Use for: initial pricing, raising rates, restructuring packages, seasonal pricing, new product launches
Prompt 4 — Customer Perspective Audit
“Look at this from the perspective of a first-time customer who has never heard of me: [paste your about page / sales page / product description / bio]. Tell me: (1) First impression? (2) Questions that go unanswered? (3) What might make them hesitate? (4) One change that makes the biggest difference? Be honest — I want the real feedback.”
Use for: monthly review of one page, before launching anything new, when sales slow down unexpectedly
Prompt 5 — The 15-Minute Weekly Business Check-In (Opening Prompt)
“I’m starting my weekly business check-in. This week in my business: [brief update]. My audience is [one sentence]. Please give me: 5 content ideas with one-sentence hooks, a draft of the customer follow-up I describe next, help thinking through my current decision, and a quick audit of [one piece of content I paste]. Let’s work through them one at a time.”
Use for: every Monday morning or Sunday evening — same format, every single week
