“I want to clarify my business positioning. I run [describe]. My typical customer is [describe]. My main competitors are [describe]. What makes me different: [your current answer]. Please ask me 3–4 questions to help me get to a clearer answer. After I respond, help me draft a one-sentence positioning statement.”
📌 Strategic Move 2 — Pricing Assumptions
“I sell [product] and charge [price]. I’ve been hesitant to change my pricing because [fear]. Challenge my assumptions: (1) What might my ideal customer think about my price? (2) What would I need to believe to feel comfortable charging more? (3) What am I not valuing that I should be?”

“I want to identify what’s holding my business back. Here’s where I am: [describe]. Ask me 4–5 diagnostic questions — one at a time — about my marketing, customer experience, pricing, operations, and mindset. After I’ve answered, tell me what you think the biggest bottleneck is. Don’t soften it.”

“Based on my business [3–4 sentence summary], help me build a simple 90-day plan: (1) The 3 most important focus areas, (2) A loose month-by-month sequence, (3) One simple metric per focus area. Keep it realistic for a solo or small team. I need direction, not perfection.”
