🎬 This Week’s Three Videos
Sunday: How I Use AI to Plan Every Trip
Tuesday: The Travel Planning Method
Thursday: Build a Personal Travel Planning AI System With AI
Saturday morning. Week 15 complete. This one felt different to build — in the best possible way.
After three weeks of urgent and practical content (paperwork, security), this week was a genuine exhale. Travel planning is a topic I love and one that gave me room to build something expansive rather than something protective. The response this week confirmed that travel is one of those topics that lives in people’s hearts even when it hasn’t made it onto a calendar yet.

✅ The story that stays with me
Robert’s story: four years of Portugal someday, a booking in three days. Not because something changed in his life or his budget or his timing. Because the planning bandwidth problem finally got solved. The trip was always possible. The planning was what felt disproportionate to the desire. That gap closing in three days is the most satisfying outcome this system has produced in Phase II.
✅ What surprised me about this week
How many people responded to Monday’s reply invitation with trips that had been on their list for years rather than months. The someday trip is a specific emotional category, not quite a dream, not quite a plan, living in a frustrating middle space. Several people replied to say they’d already started a planning conversation after Tuesday’s post. That’s the whole point.
💭 What I’d build next time
A dedicated piece on using AI for accessibility planning in travel, specifically for adults who have mobility considerations or health conditions that make standard travel planning resources inadequate. The generic travel guide doesn’t tell you which cobblestone streets are actually navigable, which museums have seating throughout, or which accommodations genuinely deliver on their accessibility claims. That content needs its own week.

🔭 Week 16 · August 24–30 · Caregiver Identity
After a week of expansive, forward-looking content (travel, possibility, trips becoming real), next week turns toward something heavier and more intimate.
Week 16 is Caregiver Identity.
This is the topic that lives in a specific kind of silence. The adults who are spending enormous amounts of energy caring for a parent, a partner, or someone else they love, and who are simultaneously losing track of who they are outside of that role. Not because they don’t love the person they’re caring for. Because caregiving is consuming in a way that most people around you don’t fully see.
AI doesn’t fix that. But it can help with the practical weight: the coordination, the documentation, the family communication, the logistics, in ways that create just enough space for the person doing the caring to remember that they exist too.
Sunday: How I Use AI to Care for Someone Else Without Losing Myself in the Process
Tuesday: The Caregiver Breathing Room Method: 3 AI Steps for Finding Space Inside the Hardest Role
Thursday: Your Personal Caregiver AI System: 5 Components for Managing Care, Protecting Yourself, and Staying Connected to Who You Are
If you are a caregiver, or if someone you love is carrying that weight right now, next week is for you. And for them.
Thank you for Week 15. For the someday trips that became bookings, the itineraries that finally fit, and the journeys that are now actually happening. 🐾
