The quiet AI moments nobody talks about đŸ
Four real things AI helped me with last week â none of them were about content. The one about the doctor's appointment especially.
Iâve been using AI for content creation for a while now â videos, blog posts, planning. Youâve seen all of that. But this week I want to show you something different.
Last week, some of the most useful things AI did for me had absolutely nothing to do with YouTube or Substack. They were quiet. Small. The kind of thing you wouldnât put in a video â except thatâs exactly why Iâm putting it in a video. Because these are the moments nobody shows you.
Hereâs what actually happened.

Monday morning: too much on my mind
I sat down at my desk with too much coming at me at once â personal stuff, work stuff, an appointment Iâd been putting off, a family situation I hadnât dealt with. Instead of making another list that would stress me out more, I opened ChatGPT and just typed everything out. All of it. Then I asked: âHelp me sort out what actually needs to happen today and what can wait.â What came back organized the chaos into something I could look at. That was enough to get started.
Wednesday: the doctorâs appointment I actually felt ready for
I had a follow-up appointment and I always forget my questions the moment I sit down in the office. So I asked AI to help me prepare â I described what was going on and what I was confused about, and it helped me write a simple list of clear questions to bring with me. My doctor commented on how organized I was. That list took four minutes.
Thursday: understanding something confusing in the news
Something came up in the news that I understood the headline of but didnât really understand what it meant for my actual life. I pasted the headline, told AI who I am, and asked for a plain-language explanation with no jargon and no political spin. It changed how anxious I felt about the story in about three minutes.
Saturday: planning a family visit without losing my mind
Family was coming. Different ages, dietary needs, kids involved. I told AI everything and asked for a loose three-day plan with meal ideas and activities that wouldnât exhaust me as the host. The plan included a note about building in quiet time for myself â I hadnât asked for that. It just noticed.

All four of those prompts are in Sundayâs video â with the exact language I used so you can copy and customize them for your own life. Link below.
đŹ Watch Sundayâs video: I walk through all four moments live â the prompts, the results, and what surprised me most.
Hereâs what Iâd love to know: whatâs one thing in your regular, ordinary life that youâve thought âI wonder if AI could help with thisâ? Hit reply and tell me. I read every one â and your answer might show up in Wednesdayâs post. đŸ
