The system behind this whole week (+ both prompts inside) 🐾
One seed idea became 8 pieces of content this week. Here's exactly how — and how you can do the same thing starting Sunday.
You’ve been watching this week unfold. Sunday’s planning video. Tuesday’s writing lesson. Wednesday’s before-and-after prompts. Today’s lecture.
What you might not have realized is that every single piece of content you’ve seen from me this week came from one question.
That question was: “How do I create a full week of content without burning out?”
That one question became a weekly theme. The theme became three video titles. Each title became a script. Each script became a video. Each video became a Substack post. And here you are, reading the Thursday Takeaway — post number four of five this week — all from that one seed idea.
That’s the system. And today I’m writing it out so you can keep it.

The 4-Step AI Puppy Content System
Step 1
Find your seed idea
A question someone asked you. A problem you just solved. Something you wish you’d known six months ago. A mistake worth sharing. It doesn’t have to be brilliant — it just has to be real.
Step 2
Run the Content Multiplication Prompt
Give AI your seed idea, your audience, and your publishing schedule. Ask it to build the full week — theme, video titles, blog post titles. One prompt, one Sunday morning, the whole week mapped.
Step 3
Shape the output — don’t just copy it
Read through what AI gives you. Choose what fits this week. Reword what doesn’t sound like you. Leave anything that feels forced. AI gives you the structure; you bring the judgment.
Step 4
Run the Content Expansion Prompt for each piece
Take each title one at a time and ask AI to build it into an outline — a scene-by-scene video structure, a blog post framework, or three social caption versions. Under two minutes per piece.
