📌 Component 1 — Business Strategy Builder
“I want to build a clear, practical business strategy for [describe your business idea]. Please help me answer the five core strategy questions: (1) What exactly do I offer — one clear sentence from the customer’s point of view, (2) Who is my primary customer — the most specific, realistic description of the person most likely to pay for this, (3) Why would someone choose me over what they’re currently doing, (4) How will I reach my first ten customers — be specific and realistic, (5) How does this make money — pricing options, realistic first year, what would need to be true for sustainability. After answering all five, tell me the single biggest strategic risk in this plan.”
Five questions — one clear direction
📌 Component 2 — Customer Acquisition System
“I need a practical customer acquisition plan for [describe your business]. My ideal customer is: [paste from your strategy work]. Please build me a realistic first customer acquisition system that: (1) Identifies three most likely places to find my ideal customer, (2) Writes me an outreach message for each that feels natural and not salesy, (3) Tells me what to say when someone asks what I do, (4) Gives me a follow-up sequence for someone who showed interest but hasn’t committed, (5) Tells me how to ask a satisfied customer for a referral without it feeling awkward.”
Not everyone — the right five people
📌 Component 3 — Simple Marketing System
“I need a simple, sustainable marketing system for [describe your business] that I can actually maintain while also running the business. My realistic situation: [describe time per week for marketing, platforms you’re comfortable with, what you’re willing to learn, what you’re not]. Please build me a marketing system that: (1) Identifies one primary platform to focus on first and why, (2) Gives me a simple weekly content rhythm I can maintain, (3) Writes my first three pieces of content I could publish this week, (4) Tells me how to make my existing network aware without a mass announcement, (5) Gives me one offline action I can take this month.”
Findable, trustworthy, and easy to refer — without spending your whole week on marketing
📌 Component 4 — Operations Foundation
“I need to build the basic operational foundation for [describe your business] before my first customer. Please help me: (1) Identify the five most important operational processes — from when someone says yes to when I deliver what they paid for, (2) Tell me what free or low-cost tools to use for each, (3) Write me a simple client onboarding process for the first 48 hours, (4) Write me a basic service agreement that protects both me and the customer, (5) Tell me what to do when something goes wrong.”
Systems before you need them — so when customers arrive, you can serve them rather than scramble
📌 Component 5 — Second-Chapter Mindset System
“I am starting a business in my second chapter and I want to think through the specific mindset challenges that come with that. Please help me: (1) Identify the three most common fears that stop people from starting at my stage of life and give me an honest response to each, (2) Help me think about what I have now that I didn’t have at 25 and how those are advantages, (3) Give me a realistic answer to ‘Is it too late?’ for someone in my situation: [describe your age, situation, and the business you want to start], (4) Help me build a simple resilience practice for the hard days, (5) Tell me what success looks like in year one beyond financial.”
The component business courses always leave out — the one that makes everything else sustainable

The one I want to say something extra about is Component 5. Specifically the question of whether it’s too late. The honest answer — which AI will give you and which I want to say here too — is no. It isn’t too late. What you have at this stage of life is not a consolation prize for starting later. It’s a genuine advantage. Specific expertise, pattern recognition that took decades to build, the ability to distinguish between what matters and what doesn’t. The people who figure out how to use those things are starting some of the most interesting businesses I’ve seen in this community.
