Four weeks of content and this Thursday might be the most practical post I’ve written. Everything this week has been building toward this — the complete system for making learning a natural, ongoing part of your actual life.
Here it is. Save it. Come back to it whenever you want to start learning something new.

📋 Curiosity List — 5 topics, 5 areas of lifeOne financial · One health/science · One historical/cultural · One creative · One pure curiosity · Built once, used forever
💬 Learning Session Format — same every timePick one topic · Open AI · Use the 3-Question Method (What is it? Why does it matter? What next?) · Stop when natural
📓 Learning Journal — 3 lines after every sessionWhat surprised me · One real-life connection · My next question · Two minutes · Makes everything stick
📅 Learning Anchor — one recurring momentAttach to an existing moment in your week · Not a schedule — a signal · When this moment arrives, this is what you do

All the prompts, right here
📌 Step 1 — Build Your Curiosity List“Help me build my Personal Curiosity List. I want 5 topics I’ve always been curious about — one from each area: (1) financial, (2) health or science, (3) historical or cultural, (4) a creative skill, (5) pure curiosity. For each area, ask me one or two questions to identify what I’m actually curious about. Then compile my list.”
📌 Step 2 — Learning Session Opening“I’m starting a learning session on [topic]. I’m a curious adult with no prior expertise. I want to learn in a conversation, not just read a summary. Start by explaining what it is using a real-life analogy. After each response, ask if I want to go deeper or move on.”
📌 Step 3 — Learning Journal (write in your own notebook)1. What surprised me most: _______________ 2. One real-life connection: _______________ 3. My next question: _______________

Step 4 doesn’t need a prompt — it needs a decision. Look at your week. Find one moment that already exists and already has a natural pause. Name it your Learning Anchor. When it arrives, open your Curiosity List and start a session. That’s the whole commitment.

Come back Saturday for the week-in-review. Four weeks of building something together — this one’s going to be worth reading. 🐾
